He will take a history of your general health and deep dive into your existing spinal issues.  Please refresh in your memory how long you have been struggling with your spinal issues for and what treatments you have tried to date (including physio, massage etc.)

He only has immediate access to any consultations and tests that have been performed within Northumbria NHS Trust, or Northumbria Health private service.   Please bring any relevant notes with you, and let Katie know if you have had any imaging done outside of Northumbria so she can request them in time for the consultation.

Mr Jensen will dictate a full clinical letter which will be shared with you and your local GP, detailing what was discussed and plans for next steps.

Katie will contact you to confirm details of the procedure that Mr Jensen has recommended you for.  Together you can then identify a suitable time / date for you to have your procedure done.  If you are self funding, Katie will also confirm the cost.  If you are insured, she will confirm a procedure name and code which can be passed onto your insurer to gain an authorisation code from them.
